Janaina Campbell
Janaina grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where lymphatic drainage isn't a luxury. It's a way of life. That belief never left her. When she saw how little access women in Bergen County had to this kind of care, she knew exactly what to build.
She founded The Reset Room with a single intention: to create a space where women could experience the kind of bodywork that actually changes something. Not a spa day. A shift.
As the visionary behind The Reset Room, Janaina curated every detail: the rituals, the space, the team, and the standards, so that every client walks out feeling lighter, restored, and genuinely cared for.

A Night of Empowerment for Women
Bergen County's women came together for an unforgettable night of empowerment at The Reset Room, opening with a revitalizing IV Drip therapy to restore the body from within. Guests joined a 90-minute Women's Wellness Workshop with certified health and wellness coach Charleen Martinelli Schwartzman, learning how to nourish the body correctly, support its natural detox processes, and build a foundation for lifelong health. The evening closed with the Clean Life Collective community, sharing tastings of Shaklee nutritional products crafted to support women's health.

The Reset Room is a private wellness studio exclusively for women. All treatments, the Lounge, and our events are reserved for our female clientele.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system, the network responsible for removing toxins, waste, and excess fluid from your body. By using precise, light movements, it encourages lymph flow, reduces swelling, and supports your immune system. Unlike deep tissue massage, it works with the skin's surface to activate the lymph vessels beneath.
Many clients notice visible changes after just one session: reduced puffiness, a feeling of lightness, and improved energy. For lasting results such as body contouring, post-surgical recovery, or chronic swelling, a series of 4 to 8 sessions is typically recommended. Our team will assess your needs during your first appointment and suggest a personalized plan.
Lymphatic drainage is contraindicated for certain conditions including active infection, congestive heart failure, acute thrombosis (blood clots), and some forms of cancer. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your physician before booking. Janaina reviews your health history at intake and will always prioritize your safety.
Yes, the Prenatal Reset Flow is specifically adapted for pregnant clients and is safe during the second and third trimesters. It uses gentle, modified techniques to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and provide relief from the discomforts of pregnancy. We recommend clearance from your OB or midwife before your first prenatal session.
Arrive well-hydrated; drinking water before your session enhances lymphatic flow. Avoid heavy meals for at least an hour beforehand. You will be professionally draped throughout the treatment for your comfort and privacy. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can easily change in and out of. Avoid caffeine and alcohol for a few hours after your session.
